| Product key not working | Exchange or refund after troubleshooting. |
| Download link issues | Resend link; refund if not resolved in 48 hrs. |
| User changed mind after activation | No refund once the key is activated. |
| Norton key expired or revoked | Refund or replacement if issue not resolved by Norton. |
### Refund Procedure
1. Contact us at info@nortondelux.com with order and issue details.
2. We’ll assess your request within 72 hours.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
